Schedule our live online private yoga classes at a time most convenient to you, all from the comfort of your own home. Connect with friends or family, whether it's for a special occasion or to finally get to that yoga class you've been talking about together. Whatever the reason we will curate a class; especially for you. We will discuss the plan with the lead participant, and everyone will be sent full details with support, on how to set up and prepare for their class. The best thing about our online group classes is that you can invite as many people as you like - making it a great way to practice with friends and family on a regular basis. All classes are personalised to your needs, so no two classes are the same. We work to different themes each lesson and focus on tuning into our bodies, we learn to listen to what they need in that moment, whilst stilling the mind to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of your practice.
