My classes are open to all levels. I aim to provide classes that are accessible to all, no matter what your experience may be of yoga. Each class is sequenced differently, depending on the theme for that week, so no two classes are the same. I believe that it is as important, to form new pathways and build new habits mentally, as it is to keep the body mobilised and build strength physically. In the hectic modern day lives we lead today, when do we truly allow ourselves to switch off from external stimulation, and spend just an hour and 15 minutes, reflecting on how we actually feel in that moment? 
Yoga, is much more than moving through asana, but it is a good place to start.
