Service Description

Schedule our live online 1:1 yoga classes at a time most convenient to you, all from the comfort of your own home. The first class includes a free 15-minute consultation, where we set out a plan for your practice. We will discuss what you want to get out of the session/s. All classes are personalised to you and your needs, so no two classes are the same. We work to different themes each lesson and focus on tuning into our bodies, we learn to listen to what they need in that moment, whilst stilling the mind to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of your practice.
