About the Event
A yoga and meditation workshop for all — no matter your level of experience. We will be working through a number of techniques to leave you feeling refreshed as we move into the new season. We will work through a strong yet mindful vinyasa focusing on opening and mobilising the various facial sheaths of the body to prepare us for our SATYA practice. We will break after the first practice to indulge in some healthy food and drinks that will be lovingly prepared by Natasha. Then re-group for the second half of the workshop where you will be led through and given an introduction to the SATYA work. This type of practice will be a contrast to the first half of the session, as we work through various subtle movements and poses all floor based. Working through these two contrasting practices will prepare us perfectly for our partner meditation at the end. You do not need to attend with someone, we will pair up and you will be totally led through the entire meditation.

Please bring a blanket with you for the SATYA practice - we will use them when laying on the floor, so we can get into some nice fluid movement!
