About the Event

In this workshop you will:

  • Flow through a gentle yoga practice, ending with a calming meditation
  • Experience the benefits of breath-work in reducing stress
  • Learn how yoga and mindfulness benefits the digestive system
  • Develop an understanding of why looking after your gut is so important for your mental health

You will also receive:

  • A top tips on supporting your mental health handout
  • Recipe suggestions to make on the day of the workshop. Although sadly we cannot be face to face, we hope that you will enjoy joining in and making our recommended breakfast before the session, snack for during and lunch afterwards.
